Capacity
The venue hire hosts a private room that caters up to 75 people with an outdoor seating area if required. For bookings above 75 people, contact us directly.
Facility
The venue hire comes with female and male bathrooms as well as an accessable toilet. The Private room comes with air conditioning.
On-site Parking
There are limited car spots at our on-site parking. Free street parking is available as well.
Audio / Video
The private room has speakers built in for music of your choice!
In addition, we offer a projector for visual aid that can be used for presentations, slideshows or however desired.
Projector cost: $75
Microphone & Speaker: $50
Bundle: $100
BYO Food & Drinks
We do allow BYO food & drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) but we recommend our crowd pleasing catering platters!
Pricing
Venue hire will be charged at
$350 for 2 hours.
Additional time (if required) will be charged an extra $100 an hour
Security bond: $350
A security bond is required as a holding fee to protect the venue against potential damage. If the venue, facilities, or furniture are damaged during your event, the bond will be used to cover repairs. If no damages occur, your bond will be fully refunded after a final inspection.
Cleaning Fee (if required): $150
Tired and want to leave? Not a worry! We offer a cleaning fee at a set price so that you and your guests can leave without the burden of having to clean up after your event.
